Case Study Scenario 2 - JACK
Jack aged 40 years presents to your service. Jack is separated from his wife. Jack informs you he is a carer for his elderly mother and he feels very overwhelmed and stressed.
Jack feels lonely and would like some help with caring for his mother.
Case Study Scenario 3 - MONIQUE
Monique presents to your service, she is teary. Monique informs you she is feeling like she is not a good mother.
Monique has a 5 year old son and a 3 year old daughter. Monique stated that she feels tired all the time and upset. She is not sure why she is feeling this way.
Start working on initial conselling session
Always check if people are feeling safe.
Try not to enhance or add to role play scenario, but focus on what is presented.

Do I as a client need to refer her to a treatment professional, or therapy? Or Headspace? Likely not in the fiest session, but ultimately yoyu can refer. If increasingly distressed.
