Informed Consent (covered some of this last week)
Normally email client with details legal stuff, confidentiality, costs, consent
Consent = I have read all terms and conditions and details. It does not mean you can give that clients information out.

There are limits to confidentiality...
Have to respect it, except in 4 major scenarios:
- Risk of harm to self or others – duty of care or child protection
- If involved in criminal activity – we are obliged to report that (does not cover drug addicted/dealing client who comes to you to get help)
- Subpoenas – a. Provide all files b. TO give evidence c. Both.
Tell client that everything is confidential, except of the above.
